Frequently asked questions

How do I sync Google Calendar with Outlook / Microsoft 365?

You connect both accounts in Calen1 in a couple of clicks (through the official Google and Microsoft sign-in) and choose how to merge them. From then on, on two-way pairs, whatever you create, edit or delete in one calendar shows up in the other within a few minutes, without duplicates; with privacy mode, your Google events reach Outlook only as a busy block titled “Ocupado”. Step by step: how to sync Outlook with Google Calendar both ways.

Why isn't an ICS link enough?

An ICS subscription is one-way, takes hours to update and won't let you edit or delete from the other calendar. Calen1 copies your events within a few minutes and, on two-way pairs, whatever you change in one changes in the other. More detail: why an ICS link does not sync your calendars.

My company blocks third-party apps. What can I do?

Ask your IT team to approve the Calen1 app: in Microsoft Entra, through admin consent; in Google Workspace, from the Admin console. Calen1 is verified by Google and by Microsoft, so it takes a few minutes. We have an IT kit with the exact steps at calen1.com/para-ti.html, and from your dashboard you can send it to your IT in one click.

Does Calen1 sync Apple iCloud calendars too?

Yes. Calen1 connects to Apple iCloud over CalDAV using an app-specific password, and syncs it with Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 one way or both ways, whichever you prefer. Guides: sync iCloud with Google Calendar and sync Outlook with iCloud.

Will my events get duplicated?

No. Calen1 tags every copy it creates and keeps track of which event matches which on the other side, so nothing bounces back or duplicates. The first time you connect, it also reconciles events that already existed on both sides instead of duplicating them.

Can I hide the details of my personal events on my work calendar?

Yes, with privacy mode. Your personal events block the time on your work calendar as a busy block titled “Ocupado”, without revealing the title or the description. Guides: hide personal events on your work calendar and combine your work and personal calendars.

How much does Calen1 cost?

The Base plan is 50 Mexican pesos per month and includes syncing Google, Microsoft 365 and iCloud. The Pro plan is 149 pesos per month and adds Agenda Pro, a booking page that only offers times you are free across every calendar. On the yearly plan you pay for 10 months. Every plan includes a 5-day trial with a card on file, once per email: the first charge is on day six and you can cancel before then at no cost. All prices are billed in Mexican pesos (MXN).

How we use your Google data
